2. What data we process

- Order and customer data: name, email address, billing address, ordered products, order value, payment and refund status;
- Contact data: the content of messages you send us via the contact form or by email;
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, operating system, pages visited and time of access (server log files);
- Marketing data: if you subscribe to our newsletter or interact with our advertising (for example the Meta Pixel).

3. Purposes and legal bases

- Processing your order, delivering the digital products and providing customer support - performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- Compliance with tax, bookkeeping and retention obligations - legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
- Fraud prevention, IT security and improving our website and products - legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- Analytics and marketing cookies, newsletter - your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Recipients and processors

Our online store is operated on Shopify. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the payment providers offered at checkout (for example PayPal, Klarna and credit card providers). Emails are sent via Shopify. Where providers process data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. Cookies

We use technically necessary cookies (for example for the shopping cart and the session). Analytics and marketing cookies are only used with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in your browser settings or in our cookie banner.

6. Storage period

Order and invoice data are stored for the statutory retention period (7 years in Austria). Contact requests are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed. Analytics data is stored for a maximum of 26 months.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at).
