Digital delivery - no physical shipping

All products offered by Wedding Mate are digital products. There is no physical shipping and no shipping costs are charged.

Delivery time

As soon as your payment has been completed, you will receive an email with the access link to your files, usually within a few minutes. In rare cases (for example a payment review or a spam filter) delivery may take up to 24 hours.

Where your files are sent

The download link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Please check that this address is correct and also check your spam or junk folder. If you have not received anything, contact us at support@theweddingmate.com and we will resend your files.

Access and updates

You keep long-term access to the files you purchased, including free updates. We recommend that you save a copy of your files.

Delivery problems

If the files are corrupted or cannot be opened, we will provide a working copy or, if that is not possible, a refund. Please see our Refund Policy.
