1. Scope

These terms of service ("Terms") apply to all orders placed on theweddingmate.com and to the use of the digital products offered there by Wedding Mate ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you accept these Terms.

2. Products

We sell digital products, for example wedding planning dashboards, templates and guides. The features, contents and prices shown on the product pages at the time of your order apply. All prices are stated in US dollars (USD). Taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

3. Conclusion of contract and payment

The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email (order confirmation). Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and the payment providers offered at checkout. We do not store complete payment data.

4. Delivery

The digital products are delivered by email immediately after payment has been received. Details can be found in our Shipping Policy.

5. Licence and permitted use

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased files for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, share, publish, redistribute or make the files available to third parties, and you may not use them to create competing products or offer them as your own. All rights remain with us or our licensors.

6. No professional advice

Our planning tools and contents are provided for information and organisational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial or other professional advice.

7. Availability and changes

We may improve, change or discontinue products and update these Terms at any time. The version valid at the time of your order applies to that order.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages arising from injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this type of contract. Liability under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.

9. Governing law

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
