All products sold on theweddingmate.com are digital products (digital downloads such as Google Sheets templates, PDF guides and digital planners). Because of the immediate digital delivery, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are offered once the download link or access has been delivered.

1. No refunds for digital products

Once your order is completed you receive immediate access to your files. As the product cannot be returned, we cannot issue refunds for:
- change of mind or accidental purchase;
- purchase of the wrong product;
- lack of use of the product;
- incompatibility with third-party software (for example, a missing or restricted Google account).

2. Exceptions - when we do refund

We will always help you if something is wrong on our side. A refund or a replacement will be issued if:
- you were charged twice for the same order;
- you never received your files, or the files are corrupted and cannot be fixed by our support team;
- the product is materially different from the description on this website.

Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase so that we can look into it.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to digital content, it ends as soon as the digital content has been delivered and you have expressly consented to the immediate delivery.
